RETURN POLICY

WHAT IF I NEED A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

At TRNYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged, and we have created a return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our return policy is Google-approved and follows industry standards.

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, or any items marked as non-returnable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at npltn.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return label to use to ship the item back to us.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
